Animar would also be a good addition here, to reduce the cost of all of those large dragons.
Might consider Leyline of Anticipation and Vedalken Orrery to be able to cast all of the nonland cards that Intet has exiled in response to a kill spell on your commander (otherwise you've lost all of them, as far as I understand it). For that matter, more instants in general would be helpful for that.
The 'top of library manipulation' theme from Mystical Tutor seems powerful. The following are in color and would help put things there: Long-Term Plans, Brutalizer Exarch, Momir Vig, Simic Visionary, Mwonvuli Beast Tracker, and Sylvan Tutor.
Bringer of the Black Dawn would be amazing, if only he were legal in URG colors :(
This deck looks like fun! +1

Daedalus19876 what sort of instants would you recommend? sadly lacks good removal and what not. I'm also planning and adding a few more dragons to keep up with the sub-theme.

CanadianShinobi: in terms of instants, it mostly depends on what you are trying to do with the deck. Here are my suggestions, but keep in mind that I'm a Johnny/Timmy, so they may not be practical:
I'm a fan of AEtherspouts and Commandeer. Cinder Cloud and Fissure, while not amazing on their own, are forgotten mono-red unconditional kill spells. Anything giving extra combat steps (like Savage Beating) would allow you to use Intet twice. I assume you'll draw many costly things you can't cast easily, but Counterlash and Dramatic Entrance would allow you to put them onto the battlefield. If you can cheat Decree of Savagery off of Intet, it's just not fair. Gather Specimens is worth it, just for the look on other people's faces when you steal their commander. Time Stop is a very, very effective counterspell, and unexpected as well.
For removal, Decimate is amazing, despite not being an instant. Krosan Grip is possibly the second-best artifact/enchantment removal spell. Aftershock also does good work. And then, of course, there's the notorious Duplicant.
Anything that gives Intet double strike (preferably an enchantment) also doubles the number of times you can use him per turn. Strionic Resonator would do the same. Of course, you'd still have to pay his ability's cost twice.
And I can't believe I missed this the first time: put Dragonstorm in! You can abuse it so much in this deck by searching for it with Mystical Tutor, saving up spells from Intet, then casting it for a large storm count.
One more suggestion: this would be strange, but I personally would remove all of the cards that reveal the top card to your opponents - if one is in play, Intet's removed card isn't a surprise and thus they can play around it.
Again, looks fun :D I kind of want to play this now.
(And shameless self-promotion, but you should come and check out my current pet deck: Sidisi Suicide Combo, which is also a lot of fun.)

whiledpayne neither of those suggestions are particularly good in commander.

If you want to do more damage fast, I would recommend using Temur Battle Rage or Curse of Bloodletting

Temur Battle Rage seems very, very good with your commander. Curse of Bloodletting does damage faster but doesn't activate Intet twice. Anger of the Gods is rarely good in Commander, but Incendiary Command's last two modes can be good, depending on what your opponents' decks are like.

I love Sarkhan Unbroken! He ramps, he fixes, he does cantrips, he generates (and tutors) dragons. Full dragons is a good idea (DTK is looking nuts), good luck!

This kind of deck is hard to suggest improvements to, because anything large and splashy can be cheated out for the lulz - and thus there aren't many things that are strictly better to suggest (if that makes sense).
But anyway, I've personally never been a fan of Dragon Roost (I have better things to do with 7 mana than a vanilla 5/5 flier) or Frost Titan (there has to be a better fattie - Terastodon, anyone?). And Urabrask the Hidden, although good, probably won't help you much if you plan to cast your creatures off of Intet's ability during your second main.
(Once again, I will push Dragonstorm too. So much value. And possibly Zirilan of the Claw and See the Unwritten, for another way to cheat them into play.)
And for a deck with lots of high-mana-costed dragons, 36 land and no mana rocks seems...anemic.
Again, I love this deck and I kind of want to build it. If I get my hands on some of the expensive components.

I see you are playing Trinket Mage, but no artifact lands. You should put those in there, as additional worth for her. She's meh atm in your deck. She can only find 2 things, and let's say you have both things... she's now dead in your hand... she needs more targets. You can easily put all 3 in there too.
Speaking of deck thinning, I see you said you play online, and cards aren't that expensive. Get fetch lands, you run 3 colors, and you need better land fixing + deck thinning.
Moonveil Dragon might be a good fit in here I didn't look hardcore at your mana base though and if that's to hard on for triple red. Thundermaw Hellkite also might be good in here. Good way to get some dmg in with your commander if you can tap down shit. Imperial Hellkite just throwing it out there... idk if you are hurting to much on ways to get dragons out. Worldgorger Dragon if used with Surrak or Leyline is a fun way to say... GET FUCKED on mass removal. You flash him in response, he resolves, then he dies... and your shit comes back and you have stupid board presence. The last dragon I'm gonna mention is Dragon Broodmother. Not saying it belongs in here, but saying if you can make it work.. it's nuts.
Nature's Will Seems to wanna come in here, maybe Sword of Feast and Famine. I see you are running 2 dragons that can make use of it. Not sure if you need it, but....Chromatic Lantern to make sure you can play shit easier.

ooh right...forgot Savage Beating lol just cause flavor and you playing beat down dragons.

Savage Beating also lets you activate Intet twice in one combat. And for the record, land thinning is NOT a major thing in EDH (statistically negligible) for any but the most competitive decks. But the fetches still allow greater consistency so they are a good idea.
I forget the name, but there is a great dragon-focussed enchantment in DTK you might want to check out.
And finally, Greater Good is the best "fuck you!" to mass removal by far in this sort of deck.

KillTheIslandUser please refrain from using profanity in the future when commenting on my deck, I find it difficult to take someone seriously when they use such language. Colour fixing has never been a problem thus far. Trinket mage is going to be removed once I find a decent enough dragon from the next set to replace it with.
Daedalus I know you've advocated Dragonstorm adamantly, however I have yet to cast it for any serious gain. I know the enchantment you're talking about, I will find a spot for it.
