Only the 3 red instants and sorceries? And two red creatures besides your commander... Red is sad ):

There are plenty of very nice blue and green cards in here, it just feels like an abuse of the color red.

If you feel that way then why play a commander with red in it? There are plenty of good Simic-colored commanders. I don't feel like Intet, the Dreamer is particularly good for 5 red spells when you could play a Simic commander.

You are right there are many other commanders that would be infinately better but this isn't a deck to be broken. Its to be fun but powerful and I like intet, the color combo etc. Red just hasn't given me much thus far.

Faithless Looting is a great early red card. It can get rid of your dead-draws very early on in the game and allow you to get through your deck a little bit faster to find those good cards.

I'm unsure about a few choices. Why Brooding, Deep Analysis, and cards like that?

Also, why not Zealous Conscripts over Pestermite?

For Innet, I would either try to go for a combo kill more often. Tooth and Nail and casts like that to put Kiki-Jiki into play.

Alternatively, I would use more big spells you can cheat into play such as Bribery, Acquire, Blatent Thievery and going big derpy midrange.

Which you prefer?

A fun combo build, those all are interesting. There are some odd cards in here that I probably could switch out to more useul things.
