Battle of Wits seems like it could be really broken in Noble, but considering the number of cards you would have to use, it would be difficult to play it before turn 5, which is an average win in the format. Nice idea!

This is a really interesting format. When I have more time, I'll come back with deck ideas and ban ideas. In the meantime, you could consider looking at mtgcommander.net and just banning everything on their ban list for starters. But yeah, this looks fun.
