Today we shall take a look at patient 0-PP-0-N3N7. This patient is exhibiting the most undesirable symptom of trying to win the current game against us. Recommended treatment will be to make the patient allergic to their own brains (Ob Nixilis, Unshackled). We will trigger the newly injected allergy by forcing them to use their minds if need be (Fertilid or Maralen of the Mornsong). The patient is known to behave rather selfishly and aggressively so we will likely need to use restraints (Reave Soul, Ultimate Price, Murder, and Hornet Nest) to keep the patient from becoming violent. If you have forgotten any of your tools you should be able to find what you need (Diabolic Tutor) in the operating room. While this is a fairly simple procedure, it is delicate and may need to be done rather quickly so be sure to call a highly trained assistant (Prophet of Kruphix) if needed. You do have an emergency flash bang (Fog) in case the patient manages to break through the restraints and becomes excessively violent. Lastly, be sure to use the local flora (Sylvan Caryatid) to provide any additional needed power for your instruments. Do have fun operating on patient 0-PP-0-N3N7's mental pathways and be sure to notify any next of kin as this procedure (Fertilid + Ob Nixilis, Unshackled or Maralen of the Mornsong + Ob Nixilis, Unshackled ) is usually fatal.
