This is by far the most potent, fast-paced Artifact deck you will ever find! Why?
With it's low mana cost, you can play Artifact spells quickly, right off turn one. With cards like Ornithopter and Memnite costing zero, you can put them out right away. Playing the Artifact land Seat of the Synod on Turn One also allows you to play Ponder, Elixir of Immortality, or if you really want to speed things up and attack, pay two life and play Vault Skirge.
Turn Two comes around, you lay out another Artifact land, Vault of Whispers for example, and then make a choice to put out Necropede or play Swiftfoot Boots.
Not getting the card you need, that's what Fabricate is for! Then for some sustain you can keep your low stat creatures alive with Welding Jar, keep your life and stive off mill decks with Elixir of Immortality, or churn out some 3/3 hitters with Golem Foundry. If your opponent has a creature worth having you can just copy it with Phyrexian Metamorph.
The icing on this deck is the main card, Cranial Plating. This is what makes this deck so incredibly ridiculous! Get this out on turn three or four, tap to equip it to a creature, and you automatically can swing with +8/+0 (count all your artifacts!)! Pair that up with keeping your creature safe from harm with the Boots and then even throwing in Artful Dodge to make it Unblockable, and you have a deck that is not only fun, but will make opponents in multis work just to keep you at bay!
