Is this a good way to use Nissa, SoE?

wanted to explore the possibility of the new nissa and came to this listI am trying to combine the nice mana base of temur and the power of the trio of planeswalker to see if this is an option in the current meta base.let me go through the deck with my thoughts (please give generous suggestions and point out the flaws)

nissa - mostly casting it on turn 3 if in opening hand to filter out cards, would be nice to hit the free rogue refiner on turn 4 - mid game ability 2 hitting glorybringer is powerful - turn 3 scry and use loyalty to activate heart of kiran is nice - late game ability 3 is also win con

saheeli - scry ability is nice with nissa - ability 2 for rogue refiner is card advantage; for glorybringer on turn 5 is sick (barring removal) - same with nissa, turn 3 scry and use loyalty to activate heart of kiran is nice

chandra - just a powerful play on turn 4 i think

oath of nissa - help with casting pw, find lands early and filter cards lategameoath of chandra - removal and can redirect damage to pw if you have a pw entering that turn (very valuable from testing in mtgo)

creatures:heart of kiran is great early game and evasion helps attacking opponent (duh)glorybringer is almost always a blowout (almost always)bristling hydra is there because of its hexproof to provide protection for the pwrogue refiner for card advantage and it can crew heart of kiranservant of conduit for speeding up to the higher curve but I am thinking to take these out for other cards (any suggestions)

spells:harnessed lightning for removal glimmer for card advantage (need?)
