I am not the best at competitive, but I think with so many high mana costed creatures, maybe some ways to cheat casting costs? It seems like it'll be on the slow side. Quicksilver Amulet, Elvish Piper, for example; they also don't use the cast mechanic which makes you harder to stop, but weakens the effectiveness of some of the elder dragons.
Burgeoning is pretty crazy if you manage to get it in the early game. Time of Need can find a lot of your legendary killing machines like Atarka. See the Unwritten can potentially get you two dragons for 6 mana; Dragonstorm is probably not practical but Tooth and Nail can put you in a position to finish someone if they let it resolve.
I think Prossh, Skyraider of Kher probably has more combos if that's what you'd rather be using to kill people. You already have most of my favorite tricks so I'm just running these by you in case you hadn't seen them.

Hm. I never even considered using Prossh as my commander since he's a one shot kill with Xenagos, God of Revels. I used to have a Burgeoning, but from experience I never really liked it. It's great early game, but late game I hate seeing it. I kind of forgot about Tooth and Nail, so that'll replace Dragonstorm. I do like See the Unwritten since it puts stuff in the graveyard, too. Thanks for the suggestions!

I went to this website and put in your deck, and this is what I got:
Hellkite Charger, Kilnmouth Dragon, Flameblast Dragon, Destructor Dragon, Moonveil Dragon, Deathbringer Regent, Ryusei, the Falling Star, Sakura-Tribe Elder, Hoard-Smelter Dragon, Furyborn Hellkite, Boltwing Marauder, Darigaaz, the Igniter, Dragon Whisperer, Dragonstorm, Rampant Growth, Explosive Vegetation, Violent Ultimatum, Diabolic Tutor, Fearsome Awakening, Terminate, Sarkhan's Triumph, Putrefy, Quicksilver Amulet, Frontier Siege, Warstorm Surge, Dragon Roost, Golgari Rot Farm, Rakdos Carnarium, Gruul Turf, Evolving Wilds, Terramorphic Expanse, and Crucible of the Spirit Dragon.
Sorry this was so long, I had to go through all the cards. Go ahead and pick any of these cards as you want, or even none.

If you wanna get competitive and cost doesn't seem to be a problem Mana Crypt is a must have. With such a high average CMC I'd run more high-return ramp that can pull nonbasics like Tempt with Discovery, Hunting Wilds and Ranger's Path. I feel you'd probably get more out of Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger than some of the other big guys like Bogardan or Kozilek. A lot of your critters have high devotion, so you can probably get some gas from Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx.
Though I know it might break your heart to shrink your dragons at all, Heartless Summoning is an absolute powerhouse. Look at everything that's a 6 and 7 drop now, imagine they're 4 and 5 drops. It's well worth the -1/-1.
You're running enough big guys, you might be able to get mileage out of See the Unwritten so I'll second that recommendation. I feel you might need more card advantage overall, Decree of Pain and Baleful Force wouldn't be too out of place here, and I doubt you'd ever be sad to see Disciple of Bolas.
If you like Dragon Tempest you're gonna love Warstorm Surge. If you thought pinging for 2 or 3 was nice imagine gut punching players for 7 or blowing away commanders with every creature you drop.
It might not be at all competitive, but if I see Karrthus I wanna see Death by Dragons.

Skyshroud Claim is easily the best of the CMC4 ramp spells, I neglected to mention it because it's already in the decklist so I don't think he needs it recommended to him.
But speaking of ramp, I'd go Three Visits over Farseek.

Thanks for all the suggestions, guys! I'm going to try to find some room for Vicious Shadows at some point. Unfortunately Three Visits is a bit too expensive for what I want to pay. I really don't want to pay $30 for a Nature's Lore lol.

Defense of the Heart if your running Hellkite Tyrant Mycosynth Lattice may be a good idea as well both for mana fixing and insta-win combo.

I do want to include Defense, but I don't have one on me at the moment. I'll pick one up once I move into my dorm at the new LGS. I considered Lattice, but I didn't want to add it in just for one card as my deck doesn't work with artifacts much.
