A longer description of the deck still to come. This is my take on a Ishai, Ojutai Dragonspeaker and Reyhan, Last of the Abzan partner deck. It's focused mainly on making lots of counters of various kinds.

Counters

-+1/+1 Counters

-Planeswalker Loyalty Counters

-Level Up Counters

-Shield Counters (Can be fun with Contractual Safeguard)

-Growth Counters from Simic Ascendancy

-Verse Counters from Yisan, the Wanderer Bard

Some fun cards that can cause problems for the opponent(s)

-Teferi's Protection if someone runs board wipes.

-Darksteel Mutation on their Commander. Pretty satisfying turning their commander into a 0/1 indestructible insect. Forces them to respond to enchantment removal if they want their commander back or sacrifice. Obviously also responds to any other creature threat on the board.

-Simic Ascendancy can be a game changer very quickly especially with cards like Doubling Season, Deepglow Skate, Forgotten Ancient and/or Primordial Hydra.

-Smothering Tithe with Dounbling Season why not?

-Ao, the Dawn Sky first ability can be quite nice as lots of permanent spells in the deck are 4 CMC or less.

-Ishai, Ojutai Dragonspeaker can win many games.
