Stall with counter spells and fog effects until you can cast Isochron Scepter, exiling one of the deck's many instants which become broken when you can repeatedly recast them every turn. For example, copy Silence on each of their upkeeps and they can never cast a spell again, which obviously deals with artefact removal (unless it's instant speed). Spellskite also helps to protect your Isochron Scepter. When they can never deal you damage or cast a spell, I think it's safe to say that you've got the game on lock-down.
