A flying-only Azorius casual EDH deck. Isperia the Inscrutable gives you access to a massive toolbox of threats and responses. Advice and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The Primer: Show

An important part of having a tutor general is knowing what's in your toolbox. I've split the creatures in this deck into proactive and reactive threats and layed out my reasoning. There are a few cards you won't really find yourself tutoring for but I've still put them in.

NOTE: Primer has not been updated for post-RNA changes.

Proactive Threats

Angel of Jubilation : A decent anthem and a bit of hate/combo prevention.

Azor, the Lawbringer : card:sphinx's revalationing every turn never felt so good.

Cloudblazer : Worse Mulldrifter , but better Mulldrifter .

Diluvian Primordial : An all-round powerful card, but good to grab a sweeper out of an opponent's graveyard in a pinch.

Dragonlord Ojutai : A good, semi-aggressive source of card advantage.

Emeria Shepherd : Solid repeatable recursion.

Flickerwisp : Flickerwisp makes a nice political tool, while also getting extra values out of ETB's. Also good for getting rid of auras.

Karmic Guide : Solid tutorable recursion. Rarely worth paying the echo.

Loyal Drake : Card draw. Cheap card draw, but card draw.

Medomai the Ageless : A risky card to tutor for, but is an amazing card I've loved since it was printed.

Mulldrifter : Worse Cloudblazer , but better Cloudblazer .

Pilgrim's Eye : While good at hitting land drops, this is an excellent card to make 72.3% of your spells cost less with Semblance Anvil .

Warden of Evos Isle : Solid, flavorful cost reduction for every single one of your creatures.

Windreader Sphinx : Card draw. Expensive card draw, but card draw.

Wingmate Roc : I love this card. As people (rightly) are suspicious of tutor generals, this card is great to show you are of pure heart and good intentions. I like it to be my first tutor with a new playgroup. The lifegain and value is a nice benefit to disincentive attacking.

Gisela, the Broken Blade and Bruna, the Fading Light  : Brisela is a very powerful control peace and beater, but she draws a lot of hate. With any 2-3 mana rock or a ramp land like Myriad Landscape or Terrain Generator , a turn 4 Isperia can turn into a turn 6 Brisela. I'd highly avoid doing this as you'll never get another tutor with that playgroup again. However, it is nice to be able to complete the pair if you draw half of it.

Reactive Threats

Angel of Finality : Hose those graveyards.

Angel of Sanctions : Solid, versatile removal with recurrability.

Angel of the Dire Hour : A good political sweeper that gets around hexproof and indestructible. The only downside is that it requires holding up 7 mana.

Resolute Archangel : It's a slow deck, and this is here to bring your life total back from the brink.

Selfless Spirit : If you're expecting a sweeper, or just want to be able to protect your army.

Sunblast Angel : A good tutor if someone else gets knocked out of the game first.w

Windborn Muse : Good for dealing with mass/infinite token strategies, or if your life is getting low.

Wispmare : Plenty of enchantments worth removing in EDH.
