I wanted to build a samurai deck that utilizes isshins abilty with low cost samurai/warrior cards.

This is my first Deck. I'm generally bad at deck building, so help and suggestions are appreciated. I don't own every card in existence tho and I kind of want to build a deck with the cards I have, so I won't - or rather can't - follow every suggestion made. I got a small collection (most of the cards I own are from boosters that I got as gifts) and I want to keep the price for myself low for this deck.

I'm not willing to pay more than one dollar per new card if I have to get a specific card. But I prefer not to buy anything new and use what I got.
