Schuesseled why not? Lol. Well the vents are going out of the deck since cruise will be too, and the foothills are just 4 more fetches to (1) thin out the deck a little and (2) ensure I get the colors/shocks I needed.
Soulfire Grand Master is in the maybeboard as a possible sideboard replacement for Kor Firewalker.

+1 for the double entendre of the spark referring to both fire and the Planeswalker's spark!

Dangerous Wager and Reforge the Soul are not worth it in this deck. I'd rather play Bump in the Night or max out on other burn spells. Actually, here are the changes I would make:
-2 Dangerous Wager, -2 Shard Volley, -1 Reforge the Soul
+4 Bump in the Night, +1 Searing Blaze
Your metagame suggests that you will usually have a creature to hit with Blaze, and Bump is just another 3 for 1.

I used to run it as Mardu with Bump in the Night but for some reason I had mana problems. What would you suggest for the manabase if I were to go back to Mardu? Would 2 Battlefield Forge and 2 Sulfurous Springs work well along with 2 of each shock? Though paining myself could be bad against aggro and mirror.
Oh also, after adding 4 Bumps, would Shard Volley not be worth bolts 17 and 18?

You're already playing a Blood Crypt, so the splash shouldn't be so hard. My manabase would be something like:
2 Blood Crypt, 2 Sacred Foundry, 1 Stomping Ground, 4 Mountain, 10 red fetchlands
Painlands are generally a worse choice than shocks + fetches.
As for Shard Volley, I'd never play the card. It should only be there if you have nothing else to play, and you do have other things to play. Searing Blaze is a better card.

Sadly, I can't get two more fetches...that's dropping $60 on two cards if I try to get Arid Mesas. How about 1 of each painland or 1 of each checkland?
Searing Blaze is better...I'm just thinking that with 19 lands, I won't always hit that landfall trigger when I draw Blaze past turn 3.

The fetchlands make Searing Blaze better. Checklands should be fine, though.

To clarify: You can keep excess lands uncracked in case you draw Blaze. It's much like Groundswell in Infect.

I'd cut a Blaze and a Shard Volley for a couple in the maindeck. Burn mirrors are going to be more popular, but maybe not where you live.

Recently I've been one of two people playing burn that I know off, but after seeing the pro-tour, that's probably going to change. I'm most likely going to drop a Blaze and Shard like GlistenerAgent suggested for 2 Helixes...might even drop 2 Shards for 3 Helixes depending on how popular burn gets.

Rakdos Charm is so much better than most people think. Every graveyard based deck is hurt. Splintertwin just loses if they try to go off. Kills spellskite or other artiacts. 10/10 super playable.

Kahosmaker i know right? The charm's versatility is exactly what I need in the sideboard. It comes in against dredge, reanimator, snapcasters, artifacts, tokens, and twin.

I'd advise against bringing it in against solely Snapcaster Mage. Your sideboard cards need to be very high impact because you really can't afford to cast spells that don't deal damage in such a fast format. That's why I'm not a fan of Charm, because it's often suboptimal and only good in specific situations (i. e. tokens has a lot of guys in play or Twin actually tried to combo).

ever consider Kor Firewalker over Dragon's Claw? It is a lot sticker, but the dual source may be too much.

GlistenerAgent I understand how the charm can be suboptimal, but I still think it's a pretty good SB option against certain decks. Probably not for Snapcaster Mage like you said, since I should just race/burn any deck running it anyway. It, however, does do well against twin and affinity. If I were to take it out, I'd probably replace it with the two Shrine of Burning Rage I own, as an option against control.
naterino I actually have been running Kor Firewalker over Dragon's Claw...I just forgot to update that. I love the Firewalker in the mirror match.

as an azorius control player, i see 4 Skullcracks mainboard to be a bit to much. If you get the full effect all the time that is sweet, but i do not expect that to hapen

Atarka's Command is Going in this deck. add another stomping ground because this thing doesn't target, prevents life gain, puts a land into play, and the +1/+1 ability isn't atrocious. I dont know if you want this as a SB slot but Rending Volley is great against the twin combo, resto angel, and colonnade but i don't know how good those match ups are

Kahosmaker, I've been considering making those changes once DTK is released. Atarka's Command will typically be used like Skullcrack since I never seem to draw that card when I need it. Rending Volley will definitely be a good addition to the SB but I'm not sure where to fit it.

Anyway i would use soulfire grandmaster], the life gain will keep you alive and the buyback on all your spells will stop you from needing to top deck.
