Burn deck based around low cost for when Duskmantle Seer hits the board also allows play of Rakdos, Lord of Riots and Cryptborn Horror after seer is in play by using seer's damage ability to fulfill casting requirements for the lord and the horror.

This deck is still a work in progress but has playtested fairly well so far. I am open to any and all suggestions.

Added Slumbering Dragon and Undying Evil to the maybe board as they might have a place...the dragon is a nice anti aggro and is evasive and undying evil is low cost and could be used to protect the seer and lord
