Anger of the Gods and Slagstorm do more harm than good in a deck with this many creatures. Guttersnipe ,Chandra, Pyromaster , Comet Storm , Fire Servant , and Charmbreaker Devils take too long to get going. Some alternatives would be Searing Blaze , Rift Bolt , Shard Volley , Ball Lightning , Hell's Thunder or Spark Elemental . Looks fun.

Sweet deck +1! I added it to my folder of awesome modern decks. Also love the effectiveness you achieve while keeping it budget. I'm a huge fan of budget.
I play tested my B/R discard deck (Waste Not, I'm on a Budget! (Updates!)) against it and went about 50/50. Have you thought about what you would want in a sideboard? Blood Moon is an obvious one for mono-red, and would hose multi-colored decks and decks with fancy mana bases. For games against decks without many creatures you could up the number of burn or hasty beaters and take out things like Mizzium Mortars and Flame Slash .
Also, I noticed that Fire Servant feels a bit slow, and by the time you get it out you have already used most of your burn spells. I would think that you could get a similar amount of damage out of a hasty Ball Lightning or Spark Elemental earlier in the game, or put in something else for a late game finish like Devil's Play . Another bonus to Devil's Play is the flashback, which might not seem like a huge deal but it means that when you are top-decking mid-game you know you will have that option in case you top-deck a mountain.

i have been thinking about cutting fire servant and im only a casual player so im not sure how i feel about bloodmoon but if i do ever go to a tourney thats the first card im picking up for this deck. as for devils play i had Comet Storm
in here before and it dint do much and i wana add in 2 more Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle
swamp em out for mountains to help benefit from late game lands but ball lightning and sparm elemental are both cards ive been considering as well as more vexing devils but hes pricey

would casting a Twinflame on a Guttersnipe thats already on the field followed by a Lightning Bolt and a Incinerate create a potental of 16 damage for 5 mana?

Lava Spike is a very useful card for burn. Maybe take out some of the Flame Javelins for it?

You might like Pyromancer's Swath, it's pretty cheap and can amp up the effectiveness of your spells.

For sideboard, try out Ash Zealot, for decks based on graveyard casting. Plus the Haste, First Strike, and 2 CMC is really amazing!
