I'll have to give this a go. My playgroup would love it. +1 from me.

I suggest adding some 0 CMC cards for more utility. They don't deal you any damage when drawn via Ad Nauseam and provide valuable results.
Lotus Petal - go off one turn earlier
Mana Crypt - go off 2 turns earlier
Memnite - a bit of protection against a stupid rafiq
Phyrexian Walker - same as above, but better.
Shield Sphere - same as above, but better.
Ornithopter - same as above, but for flyers as well.
Paradise Mantle - perfect for T4 adding mana with the general
Slaughter Pact - so perfect, gotta love this card.
Spellbook - in case you draw up your cards and they cast Time Stop or something like that.
Tormod's Crypt - stop some of the infinite gy decks. or slow them down.

so because counter spells are a thing you should put in something that will let you replace your library. Something like Elixir of Immortality

Also, putting in a few cards that have a higher CMC could be mostly irrelevant, even if you reveal them because in commander you have 40 life, its a resource to use more than in regular constructed games.

C'mon with your reasonable suggestions guys. You can put that in your GOOD version of the deck. :P

You need Boseiju, Who Shelters All because no one likes counter spells

I am totally going to make this for myself. Throw in just a few more things to make it more reliable, and throw in some Dark Ritual type cards to let it go off first turn.

This is too awesome and hilarious. I think I'll make this as a good laugh deck, throw in some stuff like Spellbook and whatnot. I'm sure I'll get some weird looks in my group. +1

So it looks like the accelerate mana cards to use would be as follows. Very limited. However, it's enough to let you play your commander on turns one or two, and to perform the combo on the following turn. Just mulligan until you get one of these or your Ad Nauseum, and use the tutor ability right after you play your commander to find the other piece, and you can start it even earlier.

I've used an extremely similar deck before. I had to shelf it because I kept getting hated off the table. My suggestion, and one of my favorites, is Zombie Infestation . It's an excellent alternate win-condition.

Haha. The best mana splits I've ever seen. And I love the simplicity of it, as well as how cheap it is to make this commander deck. +1
I love making cheap, but effective EDH decks. Check mine out and see if you have any ideas/help for them! I have too many cards in mine and clearly, choosing between cards is not an issue for you, as evidenced in this deck.

The problem with adding other cards, beyond the obvious whole point of this deck being silly, is that they encourage a mulligan. With this deck, if I go below seven cards, I have to wait another turn!

I don't follow. The vast majority of cards you will draw will be swamps, so you are free to mulligan until you get a mana accelerate card that I listed, allowing you to start this combo earlier, or until you get down to two cards in hand.
I'd also recommend an Elixir of Immortality in case your combo misses, so that you can start the shenanigans all over again. That card alone increases your viability with this deck tremendously.

You discard five cards to scourge familiar in order to generate mana. You need five cards in hand to generate the five mana to cast ad nauseam.

I see what you're saying. Yeah, you need to tutor up both the scourge and the nauseum, and you cast it off of your scourge. That does make sense.
Still, consider one Elixir of Immortality just to protect it and let it go off again.
