Mill and reanimate with a sea creature twist

As soon as Runo was spoiled I knew I wanted to build a deck with him. I mean, who wouldn't when Spawning Kraken exists? I tried to stick to my rough budget strategy and found mill/reanimator to work pretty well with his goals.

Please if you have any suggestions for cards to include/take out, let me know. Preferably keep that cards below $2, but if it's too good to miss then go for it.

Overall it runs well so far and can consistently do lethal on turn 7 or 8 with no interaction, but I do feel it could be better.
