Note: I consider this deck pretty budget friendly, in that there are only a few rares and mythics among nonland cards. The overwhelming majority of rares are the lands, which matters twofold. For one, you could easily build a budget mana-base to get this thing started and have a fun deck with a fair amount of aggression and resilience. Second, if you do invest in some rares, for the long-term lands are often a sound investment as they'll be used in other decks.

I'm sure the deck wouldn't be quite as aggressive with tapped lands, but the nice thing is that with Selfless Saviors protecting your Rin and Seri, you can benefit nicely from playing some dogs after the legendary duo as well.
