Bilbo's Bounce House from Hell. Took inspiration from similar Norin the Wary Bounce/chaos decks with a LOTR spin.

Bounce & flicker Bilbo, Retired Burglar for ring tempts and to save him from removal. Trying to lean into a flicker build more than an artifact/treasure build to be more in flavor with Bilbo as a character. Impact Tremors and Fanatic of Mogis have been thoroughly effective in play testing. Suggestions welcomed!

Cards in maybeboard are eventual upgrades to my paper version of the deck.
