Special Raspberry Naya CoCo, Yum!
This delicious concoction is neither a lightning fast aggro deck that burns your tongue at the first sip or a mid-range chocolate that has substance but is the same taste throughout.
We are a delicate truffle, and I love truffles.
The rich aroma enters your nostrils and you sense the flavor to come, your mouth waters as you play Wild Nacatl or Noble Hierarch.
The next few turns, your opponent senses yet another standard zoo list. Little do they realize. Your turn comes through and as the truffle enters your mouth, the soft cocoa taste envelops your taste buds. It is a fine flavor, soft and sweet. Bitterness is present, but the good kind and you cant help admire the perfect contrast to the sweetness. The sensation brings a tear to your eye as you play a Sword of War and Peace.
But that is just the first layer! As truffles have layers, you bite in. Expecting an explosion of flavor, you are pleasantly greeted rather by a more subtle eruption of a different type of chocolate in the center. The flavor? A raspberry bittersweet Knight of the Reliquary into a Dryad Arbor. The strong anticipation into a sweet surprise. Its essence perfectly captured in the chocolate which now caresses your senses.
The inner chocolate, so soft, melts your mouth. The raspberry flavor lingers and brings thoughts of your most precious memories and a Geist of Saint Traft. His angel always by his side, your truffle always in your heart.
This surprise is not quite finished you soon realize. You notice something about the raspberry, its true flavor is complimented with something else. So subtle, it would be easily missed, yet its presence gives that much more appreciation to its contribution to the flavor. The lingering of a type of suppressed mint is as refreshing as the Path to Exile you draw. The raspberry flavoring, the bitter sweet pairing, the aroma as you chew entering your nose from within. Your appreciation of a true truffle swells up from the bottom of your heart and you weep.
Side Flavors:
Exchanging some 4's for 2's, mainly Thalia, Guardian of Thraben will emphasize our outer shell with CoCo more than our inner flavor.
This truffle is super fun to play with and considered perfected. So while suggestions are welcome, I'm not likely to implement them.
Fun and flavor are my top concerns, so please don't comment about optimal CoCo numbers etc., I am very well aware!
I hope you can enjoy!
