It's Always Willbender(Now with MANIFEST)

Commander / EDH* Mono-Blue Theme/Gimmick Tribal Wizards

Necrotize

Or so you think...

"Oh, you're blocking that one?"

"See if you can guess which one is gonna kill you"

"Do you have a good memory?"

All are wonderful things to say while playing this deck.

Is it a Raven Guild Master I'm swinging in with or a fearsome Quicksilver Dragon you just targeted. Who knows? Oh wait, I know. And then, when the time comes, we'll flip them all back down with Weaver of Lies .

The deck is built almost like an Azami deck since it just so happens wizards are very good at morphing and blue goodstuff really lends itself well to the playstyle.

MAJOR UPDATE!

There are now 2 cards in here that can manifest. TWO! This means with proper topdeck manipulation(which just so happens to be in blue's wheelhouse) we can get awesome value. Plus, with our commander, we can turn any non-instant/sorcery card faceup once it is manifested, meaning we never lose our precious Caged Sun or even a land to manifest. Just need them to print more monoblue manifest cards T_T

Looking for ways to make it work more efficiently keeping the theme of morph and tough choices/confusion in mind.
