I've been messing around with my own version, Standard Twinless Twin, and the combo seems extremely viable. Have you considered Reflector Mage? It's good on its own or with either combo piece.

Firebones675: It's in the deck already, yeah. It's a great value + stall card. :)

bafromme: Post-side, Emrakul is a Nahiri, the Harbinger ult target. Diversifies your game strategy for when they bring in all those counterspells or Grasp of Darkness; Emrakul has protection from instants and can't be countered off of a Nahiri ult. :)

ok thanks and what about spell queller do u think that could find room in this deck. I would think it would be better than spire patrol.

bafromme Anytime! I'm not sold on Spell Queller. I think it heavily depends on your build. This is a full-tilt combo build; the pieces either delay or protect and find the combo. Spell Queller is more of a tempo/midrange addition in a deck where you run the combo as a secondary plan, in my opinion; it is not effecient protection for your combo because it costs 3 mana, pushing your combo turn to t6 or t7 with minimal protection.

Basically, time will tell if the midrange with secondary combo or full-on combo version is better. This can go fast and still doesn't necessarily fold to aggro nor control (though we need to see what the meta holds for those decks) so I believe in it.

I'm testing Spire Patrol for two reasons: one, it's great stall and good to flicker with Guardian; two, people will likely be running Fatal Push over cheap red removal like Shock or Galvanic Bombardment because it's more efficient, so the Patrol should be able to serve as an effective beater.

Shock/removal is the slot I'm not sure about right now. I also don't know how Hope of Ghirapur will perform. But it'll take a little while to get good testing in.
