Mainly focused around artifacts and using a bunch of low costing ones to summon Herald of Anguish as fast as possible. Any help to make this better would be appreciated.

Herald of Anguish Main finisher who can be playedearly and be used as some removal. Main reason I made the deck.
Scrap Trawler
Mini combo with the Herald, whenever he sacs an artifact creature we can return an artifact with less cmc to our hand. Fun interaction :)
Ornithopter an easy turn any play, basically just another mana for free for Herald.
Foundry Inspector Brings the cost of almost all of our cards down. An essential card.
Scrapheap Scrounger A resilient creature who is also just a great attacker. And amazing card and a main reason to play black.
Terrarion
draws a card, a one mana play that can be tapped later fkr improvise. Not much to be said.
Resourceful Return A two for one usually,mgets us an artifact creature back typically or our Herald. Usually draws a card too :)
Hedron Archive a mana rock that gives 2. Yeah.
Ghostfire Blade
with all the artifact creatures in this deck its a no brainer. And even when equipped it can be tapped for improvise! Yes!
Fatal Push We play black and sacrifice things. Kinda gotta play this.
