Dimir Mill: With Phenax, its time for a good mill deck that can survive long enough to finish off anyone,

Set up defenders, get Phenax out with Jace Adept, and you could mill 20 cards a turn...without using any mana.

The rest is counter blue cards and mill blue cards to speed things up.

Another win condition?? Consuming abberation. Getting low on health = Cryptic Incursion. Just cant use together!
