+1 love the Greenies!! And especially for NO FRICKIN' THRAGTUSK.
Suggestion: Had a deck similar to this and Scorned Villager Flip works great with Yeva. Cast the Villager turn 2, then turn 3 pass and let it flip. Then flash in Yeva...repeat as desired, flashing in another fattie each turn :)

The only problem I have with Villager is I cast way too many spells per turn for her to ever stay flipped, and my elf ramp is so beyond what I need that the ramp is covered, and with Hydra, he has always been a card I was on the fence about, yes I could make him huge quick, but there is so much removal out that I just feel he would get destroyed so fast it would be a wasted turn, but thank you for the +1 and im glad someone else hates Thragtusk haha

Not sure how great biomass mutation will be in this deck. Creatures become x/x until end of turn. As you are only running 20 lands in the deck, and you have lots of ramp creatures, you will have to use most of those creatures to ramp for Biomass Mutation, meaning they won't be able to take advantage of attacking. If it was creatures you controlled got +x/+x then it would be playable. You are going to want x=7 or so for it to be even worth it. I would rather run more Wolfir Silverheart , as he brings 12 power/toughness to the table.

Could add in a couple Revenge of the Hunted for some top-deck action

I really like Wild Beastmaster . Also, you can now put in Biomass Mutation for Mana Leak . Check out my deck, deck:palisade-protection. +1

Biomass is kind of a novelty card right now seeing as how I cant play it yet, however it has stupid great potential here, and saying that I have to tap most of my creatures for mana isnt entirely true, I usually dont have more than 2 arbor elves and an elvish archdruid, but that in itself is 5 mana, and they are just the backstage crew, whereas I take board advantage away from basically every deck ever haha, most cant keep up with me dropping 2-3 creatures per turn, basically you have to play this deck to see where it would work, and I can see where you are coming from, but Biomass would allow me to take my early game aggro creatures and, for a turn anyway, turn em into late game beaters, ideally when they cant stop me :)

So this is a deck that isn't a 'cookie-cutter' deck and yet generically ramps up to wolfir and craterhoof behemoth with some early aggro to set pressure? In other words it takes all the elements of a good thragtusk deck but then just doesn't include thragtusk?
You're running 20 lands in here and then write in battle reports that the land was 'fucking you over'. Most people would be running 22 in here and then extra ramp on top.
This definitely isn't a bad deck. It's pretty good but in no way is it some sort of revelatory new light in deckbuilding.

- In no way shape or form am I trying to ramp to certain cards, You will notice I have only 2 Wolfirs and a single Craterhoof because I dont need them, they are cards that, if they happen great, if not I can stand without them, I have gone entire FNM's without ever even seeing either of those and win 3-4 games, they enhance the deck, they arent my win-cons
- I am running 20 lands because I was at 22 and would always get to a point where I was drawing land late game and I really didnt need it, this deck performs spectacularly at 20 lands and the only reason I wrote that "land was fucking me over" was because with every deck ever not drawing land is a problem, I dont care how good it is, you cant control the randomization of shuffling, I only said it so that people would know it wasnt a shortcoming of my deck's ability, it was just shit luck
- I wasnt claiming to be some Confucius of deck-building, however, I am running a mono-colored deck which, outside RDW, really isn't done, and I do decently well with it, and with the new additions from Gatecrash, I feel I will be strong enough to top 4 regularly

In sideboard, instead of Naturalize , use Sundering Growth

Exactly. It's the same cost, but at the potential benefit of increasing your creatures.

It is costly, but you can get a good return out of it at FNM's and such

So i really need help on updating the sideboard to GTC, there are some incredible cards that I wish I could mainboard, but I dont have the room, so do these cards have a spot here?

Great Standard elf deck +1 From Me
It would be awesome if you would check out my elf deck Mono Green Elf Deck and see if you could give me any suggestions. I would love input from smart mtg players.

I haven't delved into Modern at all, so I wouldn't know what cards I would add.
strateupjee says... #1
Also, GTC cards I will be getting a need help fitting in include: Skarrg Goliath , Rubbleheart Raiders (3/3 , gets a +1/+1 counter when it attacks for each other creature attacking with it) . maybe Biomass Mutation (U/G U/G and X, creatures you control become X/X until end of turn. broken? I think yes...) , and maybe adding in G/B Dual Lands to look into a bit of simic, im in love with Zameck Guildmage , he is soooo good, and lets me abuse my Strangleroot's Undying a bit xD
