So here's my personal stab at a Shadowborn Apostle Deck. The card turns Sphinx of the Chimes into one of the best draw spells in standard.

If for some reason you have trouble getting your sphinx out, you can Griselbrand as early as turn 4. Xathrid Necromancer gives you zombies whenever you sacrifice your apostles for the demon, and Immortal Servitude for 1x can be ridiculous late game.

Because of the insane card draw from both Griselbrand and Sphinx of the Chimes , Laboratory Maniac seems like a pretty good win con as well.

I'll let you guys know more when I get the chance to actually test it out. If I do anything at this point, I'm going to add some removal. I'm not sure how good Doom Blade is, because it won't kill a lot of the big threats to this deck. I also might add white to help with casting Immortal Servitude and so i can add azorious charm to buy myself some time to hit the sphinx.
