L0RDbyrd Glad to hear that it's doing better, and thanks for taking the time to try it out!
tcomstedt Darkslick Shores is an interesting proposition. I'll add one in and see what happens

Simple and effective. Maybe an Isochron Scepter or two?

His only real imprint target for Isochron Scepter is Thought Scour , and while that's far from bad, there could be better things for the slot.

Tyrosoldier It could also imprint Glimpse the Unthinkable , Inquisition of Kozilek , Visions of Beyond , Go for the Throat , Doom Blade , Surgical Extraction , and Extirpate ...right?

Jace, Memory Adept seemed underwhelming to me. You want to have already won by the time you could put him out. I would drop him for removal. Dismember is one of my favorite removal spells in modern. Fog Bank is good, but I'd drop him to a two of and run 3 Dismember . Also, have you considered Quicken ? If Fog Bank doesn't do enough work, two of those might not hurt. Regardless, aggro milling is awesome and I like this. :P

Also, Storm is a thing. I'd consider Grafdigger's Cage sideboard. It also stops Splintertwin and Malira Pod, which is cool.

Jace, Memory Adept is slow for this deck. You should definitely put 1 more Archive Trap , raise the number of Ghost Quarter to 3. Also, another option is Mesmeric Orb .

I have to hit that +1 button almost entirely because of the title. Other than that I love the idea of a modern mill deck and I think this one is amazing!

This looks really cool! Have you considered a single Nephalia Drownyard to add some reach to the deck?

Good maindeck!
For your sideboard, 3-4x Leyline of the Void wrecks Living End and gives you an out to an Eldrazi shuffle alongside Extirpate . Hurkyl's Recall is a must to answer Affinity, as your black removal is almost useless against it. Thoughtseize should be sideboarded also. It can snatch a Splinter Twin or Karn whereas IoK can't. Lastly, Crypt Incursion helps immensely against Aggro.

So I don't understand your land.
1x Darkslick Shores
1x Drowned Catacomb
2x Ghost Quarter
5x Island
1x Marsh Flats
2x Misty Rainforest
2x Oboro, Palace in the Clouds
1x Sunken Ruins
4x Swamp
3x Watery Grave
Why the 1 ofs and why not make it streamlined?
So I understand you have Oboro, Palace in the Clouds to proc the crabs, but I think if you up your fetch lands and run 22 lands (as you are) you don't need this.
I also don't understand why you have 1 Darkslick Shores . The early game lands are pointless unless you have 4 of and probably more than 4 (different colors)
Also think you should run 3 Ghost Quarter it helps you activate your Archive Trap
Why do you only run 3 fetch lands? 1 Marsh Flats and 2 Misty Rainforest ? These lands proc the crab twice in 1 turn. Should have 4s of these. I know they're expensive... but worth it.
I would probably run my lands as such:
1x Nephalia Drownyard
3x Ghost Quarter
3x Island
4x Marsh Flats
4x Misty Rainforest
3x Swamp
4x Watery Grave
This is a little similar to my modern mill deck.
I have Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver to help handle some aggro decks.

jaredscottwilson Well the mana base was a work in progress. I had been meaning to sit down and streamline it. Mostly it was a result of other people's suggestions. I agree mostly with your mana base recommendation, with the exception of the Nephalia Drownyard . It taps for colorless, which could cause problems when all of the mill spells are rather specific on colors. In my opinion Oboro, Palace in the Clouds is still a much better option. It taps for blue, and has the possibility to trigger the crabs multiple times in case of not hitting a land drop. Other than that I'd like to thank you for taking the time to actually recommend a whole new mana base, and for such a well written and descriptive comment!

Ah ok, I figured you were getting to it. No problem! I've loved tappedout and taking a look at decks and making them. So much fun. Also, enjoy the deck, I've loved playing my mill at FNM Modern. So much fun. But anyhow... Hm.... Yeah, so I do see what you're saying, that say opening hand you get a Drownyard and some land that taps for a color, this means you can't turn two Glimpse without drawing another land... so I do understand. However, I don't think 1 would break be a high enough % to have that happen enough to outweigh the help it would have by the late game consistent mill. Also, if you have the fetch lands you need you can really fetch for anything you need so you should never have an issue getting the colors you need. Mayyyyyyyybe you can't turn 2 Glimpse, but you can turn 2 Tome. Also, one more thought on it. With the crab, he's removed a lot easier than the Drownyard is. So I think, though you can hit the land twice, I think the Drownyard would stay in play longer. However, I wouldn't be heart broken if you disagree. lol. At this point I think it's more-so tomato-tomato (pronounced differently) haha. Good luck!!! Let me know how this plays!

You're splashing a little red, why not have the Sire Of Insanity ? He would force your opponent (and you, admittedly) to discard their whole hand, making it difficult to counter your spells.

@Quicksilver The only red is from the Entering half of Breaking / Entering . The mana base does not support red.
@jaredscottwilson Yea, it's just that of the people that I know that run modern...they all have super fast decks. It really wouldn't be efficient for me to use the drownyard when there really isn't a late game for them. They all run Pod, Affinity, or Splinter Twin. That being said, I really appreciate all the help you've been. If you ever have any decks you'd like me to take a look at feel free to send them my way!

Some very good upgrades you made, I am getting consistent 5th turn wins in playtest now vs the 8th or 9th i was getting yesterday.
