This is the best mono-green (almost) modern deck I've come across. I DID NOT COME UP WITH THIS DECK. a man named Gavin Verhey improved a deck by Trevor Holness, this is the product. I read the article and made his deck. Thank you so much Gavin (and Trevor) if you are reading this know you both have another fan.

Anyway, the Idea is to mana-ramp with cheap dorks and Shrine, then drop in massive creatures like Primeval Titan all to achive Genesis Waveing your whole deck out. the deck also has some untap themes, buffing lands with Utopia Sprawl and then untapping them with Garruk Wildspeaker and Voyaging Satyr (of coruse, Shrine will take priority for these effects)

Ever since I started MTG 5-6 years ago, mono green/mana ramp has always been my favoite deck type, the perfect mix of combo Johnny and "chush may opponet's bones into flour for my bread" Spike :3. This deck rekindled my love for green, and MTG as a whole!

the one thing I found this deck needs is some kind of mana-dump, like an Omnath, Locus of Mana or Ant Queen just to spam excess mana. turn 5, I had gen-waved in to all sorts of stuff, and have 5 creatures that each delt lethal trampling damage alone, but like 50 or so mana afterward that just burnt up! Please comment
