Or rather, it's because all of my other decks are designed to be played in a meta without delver/tempo decks. This one doesn't really work too well against top tier decks as my other ones do.

Brainstorm=Serum Visions they are close enough that they pretty much are the same card just a thought to save you some money

Serum Visions isn't even close to be as good as Brainstorm.

• Instant speed
• Draws three instad of only one
• Let's you hide/dump cards from your hand

Pro Serum Visions

• Can put cards on the bottom.

Well with a fetch, what you probably have anyway in your deck, you also can get rid of cards with Brainstorm, even from your hand. It's like Chuck Norris more good than Serum Visions.

Anyway, it's not moden legal.

WombosCombos They are both modern legal...Im just saying its always an option as it cost 6$ less per card and does the same thing only thing the other does is put one on the bottom.

Brainstorm is NOT modern legal. Try to run one at your FNM :'D It was never printed in a modern legal set.

Brainstorm has this weird bug that no matter how you fix it it will always say it is modern legal ...

My only problem with this deck is that it says Izzet in the title when it’s a Jeskai colored deck...

other than that, it’s a unique idea! Also, this is the first deck other than my U/R deck that uses Clout of the Dominus!!!

This deck is scrapped in all honesty Darkewarrior. I haven't touched it in three years ever since delver stopped being a good deck when BFZ/OGW happened. Even Phoenix, which was the next U/R tempo deck, stopped being played because of Faithless Looting getting banned.
