This is a blue/red deck that focuses on artifacts. The deck will likely stay modern when the next rotation happens, unless Dominaria brings more useful artifacts. There is a Saheeli Rai planeswalker and Saheeli's Artistry for added fun. I am seeing how just one of each goes. The unexpected shining stars of the deck are the two Metalwork Colossus. I have been able to play them within the first 5 turns for less than 3 mana a few times, and it puts up a major (super cool and cheap steampunk mechanical?!) wall for the attacking opponent.
