Izzet Burst - 3 Turn Kill

Modern Combo UR (Izzet)

h4mm3r121

Sideboard

Maybeboard

Protect one of your creatures just enough to swing once for full damage.

Turn 3 Kill example:

T1: - Land (Blue or R/U)

T2: - Land (Red or R/U), Kiln Fiend

T3: - Land (Red or R/U), Titan's Strength/Brute Force, Distortion Strike/Artful Dodge, Assault Strobe

For a total of 28 damage. You can still get 20 damage using only Assault Strobe, Titan's Strength/Brute Force if you have no blue mana and there's nothing to block you.

If everything runs smoothly and are very lucky you'll get that 3 turn kill.If it only runs smoothly you can still get a turn 4-5 kill but you'll be needing a Mizzium Skin to have your creature survive at least one attack on it.If unlucky you'll just have to wait until you draw a creature and one or two Mizzium Skin to have it hang in there until it can attack. You'll usually have every instant and sorceries necessary ready in your hand for the burst if it goes beyond turn 5. It's just a matter of waiting until you draw a creature. You can aid your quest by using Mystic Speculation.I did have some matches going so far as turn 8 just waiting for him to get careless and BAM, DEAD!

It doesn't survive everything of course since it also depends on your enemy not being a control d**k and kill/counter everything you try to drop but it is also a VERY low budget deck since it can still be played using common lands and is lots of fun to play. Currently using it for fun on MTGO with great success and I only started playing there yesterday ;)

Just managed to beat some other modern deck worth well over 300 USD with some heavy control too heh

I'd love some input and ideas to make it even more devastating!
