Just a deck based on the mechanic of cipher resolving as a sorcery would. Other than the 1x Ral Zarek the deck is fairly budget. It is also very future proof as everything other than the Artful Dodge and Curiosity is of the Ravnica block. This is my primary reason for not including Talrand, Sky Summoner. If he gets reprinted, i'll stick him in there no doubt.
