Yet another Izzet deck - never gets old.

Theme of this deck is to have Guttersnipe prock off of cipher cards encoded onto Invisible Stalker. I also have a bit battlefield control with Chandra, the Firebrand and Izzet Staticaster - many of the cipher cards are also great for controling.

Suggestions are appreciated.

Izzet Staticaster to side board for token/goblin decks, Tandem Lookout removed because draw with Think Twice and Last Thoughts should be enough.

+3 Goblin Electromancer
+3 Deathcult Rogue
+2 Snapcaster Mage

Snapcaster Mage added in for Voidwalk proc onto Stolen Goods and Think Twice, or if any of my cipher cards don't get to encode onto a Invisible Stalker or Deathcult Rogue. Goblin Electromancer lowers the mana curve and is great for any Izzet deck.
