That's up to you to decide but in my mind there is no question so here is a R/U post deck with mind stone and my is the mana efficient.

Still working on the deck, I need to find a place for Mystical Teaching, re-evaluate my kill spells and see if there might be a place to splash black in this deck for cards like Evincar's Justice, Agony Warp, Terminate, Diabolic Edict, and the flashback for Teachings.
