Hey guys! First posting on tapped out. I'd like some feedback on my R/U Izzet control/burn/counter deck. It's built on a limited budget.

I know some cards in there are banned from modern, but this is a casual-modern deck; no cards are banned from my circle. We don't play with sideboards either.

We play mostly 2HG btw

Here are some questions I'm asking myself:

1. Ponder or Preordain?
2. More Ponders/Preordains? I've read somewhere that 2 preordains statistically replace a land.
3. Guttersnipe, Izzet Statiscaster or Gelectrode?
