Post rotation R/U Delver deck.

The delver provides the main clock. Nivmagus Elemental can provide a way to get use out of dead spells, spells that have been rendered useless or spells that have been countered. Since it won't be possible to feed several Nivmagus Elementals at the same time I have only included 2 in the deck. If the game drags on, Talrand is a good threat and will keep the pressure on.

The deck is designed to be played fairly aggressively but has enough versatility to be able to control the board in longer games with spells such as Bonfire or an overloaded Cyclonic Rift.

Between Izzet Charm, Desolate Lighthouse and Thought Scour, the deck should be able to reliably dig for answers or simply generate card advantage

Bonfire is a very expensive card and can be replaced by any red swiper you have got access to. The deck will be weaker but can still be played with cards such as Rolling Tremblors and Mizzium Mortars.
