This was my izzet delver deck in modern while Treasure Cruise while still legal. The deck was awesome, but I let it go after the announce that Treasure Cruise was banned. The deck was all finish except for the Grim Lavamancer. Now, after more than a year, I really want to play it again. Please someone help me !!!

Changes :

1- I have to cut the treausre cruise (ban), and I really have no idea what to put instead, except Ancestral Vision but he is REALLY to expensive.

2- I think that I would take off the Guttersnipe and Grim Lavamancer to put 2 Stormchaser Mage and 1 Jace, Vryn's Prodigy  

3- With nothing to play with my graveyard, I can cut the Thought Scour, and I want to replace it by another cantrip, but serum vision and Mishra's Bauble are too expensive. So the other alternatives that I can see are Peek or Manamorphose . I could also play with Conjurer's Bauble .

I think that these are the big changes that I want in the deck. I really need some suggestions (budget suggestions if possible) to replace Treasure Cruise and Thought Scour and I would like your thouhgts about the Stormchaser Mage in the deck. I need so much help !!!
