The goal of the deck is to land an Electrostatic Field and Goblin Electromancer early and start pinging the opponent when I cast counters and card draw spells. Crackling Drake comes down after the opponent begins to run out of gas. Niv-Mizzet, Parun shows up to close out the game. I love the utility of Expansion / Explosion in both the early and late game.

The sideboard is devoted to counterspells for the control matchup as well as Blink of an Eye and Dive Down to protect the creatures against removal heavy decks. Fiery Cannonade is boarded in for aggro matchups.
