This is a general red blue burn deck. I originally built it around Meletis Charlatan + Illusionist's Bracers. I feel like it's decent by my standards, but it also feels like there is something obvious i'm missing. I'm looking for help with what changes I should make to improve the deck. Any help will be much appreciated.

I changed around a lot. I added in some Elite Arcanist Guttersnipe and Young Pyromancers. I replaced the Disperses with Cyclonic Rift because, well, duh. I changed some Flames of the Firebrand to Shocks, but I'm not entirely sure about that yet. The Ember Swallowers are out, they just didn't make any sense

P.S. How do I make Disperses look right?
