This is my attempt at an Izzet deck, triyng to use Docent of Perfection, since I fuound him/it cute.

The idea is to have a Stormchaser Mage and a Jori En (or a couple Stormchasers) when Docent comes in play, and with the next spell it can flip and pump wizards in play. Thing in the Ice, if can stay alive and flip, wouldn't bounce Docent. Identity Thief can copy a creature oppo controls (and stopping it from blocking), or copying Torrential Gearhulk, still swinging for 5, and giving us another free spell when the Gearhulk comes back from exile.

As from the SB: Fevered Visions comes in against control, Radiant Flames against aggro. Rejection is for countering both Marvel and Copter (or other vehicles); Weaver and Niblis also for aggro matchups, exp. WR or Naya Veicles; Summary Dismissal is another way to deal with Emrakul.
