Faster than ever. Objective here is to get some early-mid game Guttersnipes, spam burn, counter their shit, and if they're still alive, bust out a late game Spellheart Chimera for the wins. Also, taking out a few cards I didn't think were doing so hot (Chandra, Pyromaster, and Ral Zarek) I've noticed the price dropped significantly. I suppose you could call this a budget deck, but that wasn't really the intention, after all, a budget deck wouldn't have 4 Steam Vents . If you're looking for budget, replace the Steam Vents with mountains and islands.

A long string of changes caused this deck to be 10x quicker and more effective than ever. First, I tried splashing green for Prophet of Kruphix, which was cool, but after play testing a bunch, I saw a major issue. Having so much mana open on account of the Prophet was actually bad. I began running out of cards very quickly, and even though I added more card draw, it still wasn't enough and I was burning out 2-4 turns after getting the Prophet out.

After realizing this, I took all traces of green out. However, the card draw was awesome, so I left it in. Main additions here are 4 Divination, 2 Izzet Charm, 4 Essence Scatter, another Guttersnipe, and 2 Searing Blood. Had to take out all other creatures and Dissolves sadly, but it was well worth it.

Only thoughts for change currently are removing the Searing Bloods for more land or maybe main boarding 2 Negate. Not sure yet. Needs more real life testing.
