Here I'm trying to make a build for a competitive Izzet deck based around kiln fiend. The idea is you have him out on turn 2, and on turn three you go off with enough force to kill them. A turn three or four win is what you're aiming for with this deck. After all of the various spells designed to make that damage possible, the rest of the deck is designed to protect kiln fiend.

I know it's not perfect, and I would love some advice on better card choice, but keep in mind I'm building on a budget here. The only reason I included four sulfur falls is because I have them already. That's why there are only two Gitaxian probe, for instance.
