Here's the core of the combo: Get out training grounds. This reduces Izzet guildmage's abilities by 2, allowing you to copy any instant for one blue mana or any sorcery for one red mana. From there, get out Izzet guildmage and play manamorphose. Give yourself one blue mana and any one mana you choose, copy it, and repeat. Draw your entire deck, play Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind to damage your opponent as you mill yourself, play Talrand Sky Summoner to get a 2/2 flier each copy, play labratory maniac and just mill yourself for the win, use your extra mana to play Red Sun's Zenith, and so on.

Defenders for defense so you can actually get the combo out. Ponder, Preordain, Foresee, Wild Guess, and index(as well as others like Izzet Charm and Thought Courier) are to help scry to get the combo out. Elixir of immortality if you don't win instantly from damage(wait until your discard phase and get everything back) or if you need stuff from your graveyard. Shuffle your graveyard into your deck and have at it.

Late game fall back: Niv-Mizzet+curiosity. Draw your entire deck like that by turn 7 anyway if you can't get the combo out.

This deck isn't really serious. It's more of just a fun deck.
