Seeing as how Pauper is starting to get more tournaments and recognition lately I might as well make my own Pauper deck. To be honest I do not know how well this deck would do against other decks in the format but it was definitely fun to make! Any feedback is definitely encouraged. My reasoning putting certain cards in the deck are listed below.

Deck's Engine:The deck's main engines are Goblin Electromancer and Information Dealer. Electromancer allows what little instant and sorcery cards that are not 1 drops to become 1 drops. This works well with cards like Mana Leak, Lightning Strike, and Manamorphose. While on the other hand Dealer, while there are only 2 in the main board, allows you to manipulate the top cards of your library based on the number of wizards you control by tapping him. Though it is an effect that depends on you having multiple wizards on the field I find that it is not that hard in this deck considering that many of your creatures are wizards that you are going to be playing anyways. But I do understand that Dealer's effect is definitely not the most reliable thus I added in Ponder and Brainstorm which both do a similar but objectively do the same thing quite a bit better. I still play Dealer because he is a permanent and therefore does have a bit more reliability than either of the two cards but I have decided to keep him at two because you really do not ever want to see him once one of them is on the field.

Winning Conditions:My win conditions are Kiln Fiend and Delver of Secrets  . With Electromancer and Manamorphose you can build up Kiln to get pretty big very early on in the game with very little mana. Also if your opponent does have blockers with Raka Disciple you are able to give Kiln Fiend flying to go right over their heads! Delver of Secrets  , for those who do not know, flips into the flying 3/2 Insectile Abberation which can do a pretty good amount of damage early into the game because all you need to flip Delver   is to reveal the card you are drawing at the beginning of your turn if it is an instant or a sorcery.

Draw/Peeking Power:As with most decks like this if the game goes on for too long or if your opponent negates your attack at the right moment you quickly run out of steam. Thus to combat that there are plenty of cards in the deck that allow you hopefully get some answers against your opponent. Arcane Denial allows you to counter a spell while also drawing a card at the next upkeep and it is possible to counter one of your more useless spells at the time to draw 3 cards instead. Brainstorm allows you to draw cards and put any cards in your hand that you do not need back on top of your deck. Ponder allows you to look at the top 3 cards of your deck and rearrange them and if you do not like them you can just shuffle your deck and then draw. Manamorphose allows you to draw and gain mana for basically free as long as you have at least 1 Red mana source open.

Mana Severance:This card is not very well known but still has some potential to help decks such as this out. It allows you to get rid of all of the land in your deck once you have the suitable amount that the deck needs to run. This keeps the deck from running out of steam or drawing a useless land late into the games whenever you are drawing or peeking for answers.

Ignore the above paragraph as I forgot that Mana Severance is a rare.
