I have been playing with various izzet and grixis control decks for a while, but I am really enjoying this one and have not come across many similar decks. We are looking to control the game with our many counter spells and Lightning Bolts (giving them flashback with Snapcaster Mage. Jace, Vyrn's Prodigy Delver of Secrets   and Dragonmaster Outcast all present cheap threats that our opponent has to remove, hopefully emptying their hand of early counter spells, and allowing us to resolve Blood Moon for a soft lock. This then lets us resolve a threat (Dragonmaster Outcast is ideal) and protect it until we can win.

The land looks a little funky, but we need to play through our own blood moon on turn 3. This way all our dual lands become mountains and our islands stay as islands, giving us a nice balance of mana.
