I found this deck while looking up Izzet stuff. I commented one day, and suddenly it was removed. I've done so much tweaking to it now that I can actually take credit for it now. Anyways, I thought it would be pretty good, and it's cheap too, so that's always a plus.

Basically the point of this is to put Dual Casting on your Blistercoil Weird, so that you can triple-cast. The way it works is [Spell 1] is played, Blistercoil's effect goes on the stack, [Spell 1] is copied, Blistercoil's effect resolves and untaps, you copy [Spell 1] again, [Spell 1] resolves, and then the copies resolve.

The deck can get ready to go off at around turn 7, and generally kills on the next turn.
