Alternatively, the plan is to draw lots of cards, create lots of locusts and kill everyone. the main plan however are the combos in the deck. The locust tokens do have haste, so no haste enablers are needed. a more budget version of this commander can be found here.
2 card Combos in this deck:
Deadeye Navigator + Peregrine Drake = infinite mana
Curiosity + Niv-Mizzet, Parun and any spell or card draw kills 1 or 2 players with just draw and then I blast the last one with Firestorm
Kindred Discovery + The Locust God = draw your whole deck then blast everyone with Firestorm
Glint-Horn Buccaneer + Malcolm, Keen-Eyed Navigator kills at least 2 people if you have at least 2 opponents, if you have 3, you might be able to finish off the last one too, depending on the amount of reserve treasures you have
Sage of the Falls + The Locust God = infinite locusts thanks to Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre, so you draw Ulamog and as long as you have at least 1 other card in your hand, this goes infinite because you draw him, then discard another card and when you get to the end of your library, you discard him, reshuffle and continue. it never stops, unless you want it to.
Curiosity + Glint-Horn Buccaneer = damage equal to card draw, if you have more than 40 cards left in the deck, everyone dies. but this combo is only possible if you have enough mana to draw up to 8 cards in hand, you can use Glint-Horn Buccaneer's ability to discard cards, so you play it, attack someone, discard a card, deal 3 damage (1 to each player) and draw 3 cards, you now should have 8+ ideally. Then we simple move to discard phase and everyone dies. Glint-Horn Buccaneer gives us the opportunity to go not infinite, but very high on damage, with the right pieces on the board. then we make sure to have more than 7 cards in hand and go to end step. we then attach Curiosity to Glint-Horn Buccaneer first, then we disard down to hand size, and Glint-Horn Buccaneer deals damage which triggers Curiosity to draw 3 cards, now we have to discard 3 cards, drawing 9 and so on and so on, each time Glint-Horn Buccaneer deals damage to everyone for all the cards discarded. all we need to do is to make sure to have more than 40 cards left in our library and we kill everyone. we also make tons and tons of locusts, but that is besides the point. this does require setup, but this is alternative win con anyway so. I have considered adding etb damage triggers, then you can just blink it to deal infinite damage after you've got infinite mana, but I don't know. Glint-Horn Buccaneer + Tandem Lookout does the same thing. as does Glint-Horn Buccaneer + Ophidian Eye which I have added to the deck as well as an extra counter spell with Arcane Denial to protect my combo or counter dangerous things.
3 card combo:
Archaeomancer + Deadeye Navigator + Time Warp = infinite turns. to support this I added High Tide as well, since its a 15 mana combo the first time you play it out. every other turn, it's just 7 mana. this is a late game combo, should the game go long. but it should be possible to pull of turn 4 or 5 though. haven't done the math yet.

Updates Add

In: High Tide, Time Warp & Archaeomancer
Out: Winds of Change, Pull from Tomorrow & Chromatic Lantern
Combo: cast High Tide, cast Time Warp, cast Archaeomancer grabbing time warp back to my hand, cast Deadeye Navigator, flicker Archaeomancer over and over, casting and recasting Time Warp infinitely. it costs alot (15 mana) the first time, but after that its only 7 mana.
