I threw this together for fun around the time Theros was released, or maybe it was when the cards were revealed.

The main card in this deck is Flamespeaker Adept , it combos well with Dissolve , Magma Jet, Titan's Strength, Voyage's End , Sigiled Starfish , Thassa, God of the Sea, Temple of Epiphany, and Aqueous Form.

Guttersnipe was added because a large portion of the deck is made of instants and sorceries.

Young Pyromancer was added for the same reason Guttersnipe was, blockers are always good.

Mizzium Mortars is a great removal for pretty much any red deck.

Dissolve is here to prevent removal to keep Flamespeaker Adept alive.

Thassa, God of the Sea, Aqueous Form, and Voyage's End give you a chance to pump Flamespeaker Adept and create an opening allowing you to deal "tons of damage."

Keranos, God of Storms is just an all around good card for Izzet decks.
