Izzet Skulker, is it safe?

I just really enjoyed the Chasm Skulker card and wanted to see if I could build a deck around him.

Our card draw options:4 Dragon Mantle4 Stratus Walk These are often times recastable thanks to Riptide Chimera.

Since we're recasting enchantments, Forgeborn Oreads will usually be able to kill something every turn (thanks to Gorgon's Head), which usually clears the way for someone to deliver a good hit on a player.

But it's really that simple. It's a quick deck that will usually keep your hand full almost the entire game and snowballs out of control very quickly as a result. Give it a playtest, and get a feel for how it runs!

I'm currently looking for suggestions on a good card to close out games. What's in here does a really good job of stabilizing quickly and taking care of threats very easily, but nothing reeks win condition right now. Does anyone have good ideas for hope smashing Izzet late game cards?

Some changes made to the deck this week:

Took out some spells for Gorgon's Head ,which, when paired with forgeborn oread might as well make my card draw engine cause me to doomblade creatures. I really enjoyed this combination, but think running 4 copies was too much so I'll need to find the right balance.

Replaced Meletis Astronomer with Artisan of Forms. I just felt she was more suited for the deck. Mining cards was nice with the astronomer, but making more Chasm Skulker or forgeborn oread seems so much better than an otherwise useless 1/3 when I'm not casting spells on him.

Had a chance to roll Keranos, God of Storms this week and he's definitely staying put. 2 copies is plenty and he was just so useful every game I had him out.

The only issues I ran into this week were getting rushed down too quickly by creatures that were just slightly better than what I could immediately field. So I'm bringing in Anger of the Gods to clear those fields as I notice they're usually out of cards by the time I'm in trouble.

Aggressive Mining betrayed me this week. Once I put one down I would draw nothing but lands. I still love the card draw option it give and it rids me of the surplus of otherwise useless mana, but I feel like there are better ways to deal with this. I'm planning on subbing this out for more spells next week.
