Besides the double blue mana cost Nullify is a counter spell that is cheaper than Dissolve and better than Essence Scatter .

n8dog8freefood It looks like Thassa's Emissary doesn't really belong here. He's not beefy enough on his own and the bestow would just never happen in this deck for 6 mana. It does, however, bring the subject of the Bident of Thassa back into consideration and I'll have to look into it.
Thanks for the suggestion!

More Chasm Skulker
fun! I seriously love this guy, plus he is really effective, even if he does eat removal. I would recommend Ordeal of Thassa
for more enchantment bounce plus cards for chasm. Looks like a powerful deck. Check mine out http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/21-07-14-kill-it-before-it-breeds/
The bident is a really useful card by the way, as is Military Intelligence
. Both are great combos with a skulker army

Cyclonic Rift , late in the game, then swing with what you got. Then Lightning Strike them to death. Or AEthersprouts

I'd suggest get rid of Gorgon's Head put more removals in, you have basically nothing to play in turn 1, i'd put in some one drop removal aka Magma Spray or a creature akaDakra Mystic which can help you to draw cards and works well with Chasm Skulker . I'd also add Annul or Vandalblast to side

This is a pretty decent deck. I love it a lot. My only concern is cards like Hero's Downfall will quickly destroy this concept. But I had a lot of fun playtesting it and it did pretty well against a white aggro and a black blue mill deck. I have no suggestions other then just be careful of how you play each card. Putting a Triton Fortune Hunter on the wrong card can mean life and death.
