Izzet deck designed to ramp/combo creatures by casting instants/sorceries. It is not optimized for dueling, more meant for multi-player.

The Spunk

Delver of Secrets   - .

Young Pyromancer - She takes a bit of your magic and makes an elemental army for you.

Chandra's Spitfire - This bird can get quite large with all of the separate instances of damage this deck can deal to opponents.

Guttersnipe - Each instant you cast is also a free shock per opponent. Each instance grows Chandra's Spitfire

Lightning Bolt - Because it is Lightning Bolt. Kill a threat or burn an opponent while triggering your creatures.

Electrolyze - Split damage triggers Chandra's Spitfire twice and the draw can help keep the threats coming.

Sizzle - Not the best card, but kills in a multi-player game.

Thunderous Wrath - Because it is sweet on the miracle sometimes.

Charmbreaker Devils - Work a lot like the Chandra's Spitfire and they refill your gas each turn. Side in vs. control matches to fetch back countered spells.

The Works

Mizzium Skin - Protects your creatures and triggers the Guttersnipe.

Vapor Snag - Triggers your Guttersnipe and stops a threat at any point in the game.

Cyclonic Rift - Acts as a versatile bounce if needed early game, or overload it if you draw it late.

Distortion Strike or Teleportal - Makes your large Chandra's Spitfire or your army of Elementals unstoppable.

Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius - Damage, card advantage, and a 5/5 flier. Side in vs. mid-range helps.

Chandra, the Firebrand, Chandra, Pyromancer , and Ral Zarek- Unique end game cards. Chandra just wants to see how the Izzet do things, so Ral is showing her around..
